Please note:

Causes of hiss/noise: To make a small hearing aid, the internal amplifier and microphone are placed close to each other. The sound is continuously received and expanded, so there is a certain chance of hissing after ignition. At present, it is difficult to avoid the small and high-powered hearing aids on the market, and only fully functional digital hearing aids can prevent whistling.

Ways to avoid whistling/noise:

1.When the power is large (the amplified sound is large), they are more likely to howl. Therefore, gradually increasing the volume of the bass can effectively prevent howling.

2.When the ear canal is completely closed, no whistling sound is heard. So, after cleaning the ear canal, put on the hearing aid, test the earplugs from large to small, find the most suitable earplugs, and make sure there are no air leaks.

3.After the hearing aid enters the ear canal, it is recommended to push the hearing aid with your fingers and hold it for 1 to 2 seconds, then release it to fully extend the earpiece.

4.In the off state, turn the volume of the hearing aid to the lowest level and then insert it into the ear. Make sure the earbud completely fills your ear. Then turn on the power button and slowly increase the volume to a suitable volume.

5.Users who have not heard sound for a long time may cause hearing loss due to prolonged non-compliance with sound, causing the hearing aid to still be unable to hear sound. Please persevere, continue to stimulate the growth of the auditory nerve, and you will listen after a while. If you are not sure if your hearing aid is working properly, you can test the product on a person with normal hearing.
